  1. Jess is not a doctor.  The information she provides is based on her personal experience, degrees in the fitness field, studies in nutrition, and her experience as a Coach, Competitor, and Personal Trainer.

While Jess draws on her prior professional expertise and background in many areas, you acknowledge that she is supporting you in her role exclusively as lifestyle and/or competition prep coach only. She will provide information concerning, but not limited to, best nutrition practices, training and cardiovascular regimentation, ideal supplementation, emotional and mental empowerment, and overall confidence in becoming your best and most healfy self.

  3. Jess is not medical health practitioners or mental health providers and she is not holding herself out to be in any capacity. Rather, she serves as a coach, mentor and guide who will help you reach your own health and wellness goals.
