Customized 4-6 meal (per day) plan options based on the following:
• Client's anticipated exercise or lifestyle output
• Client's current body statistics, calculated to generate their basal metabolic rate for body maintenance 
• Client's schedule, food aversions, and allergies
• Plan broken down by meal elements, meal element measurements, macros, calories, and macro percentages
• Weekly checkins with Jess and monthly plan updates
